Vendor space is sold out.

Please enter the area from Henson Road off of Route 11- going past the Child Care Center. The entrance at State Line Road will be reserved for Citicorp employees and shoppers. We will have lots of volunteers in orange vests directing cars and we will get you in as quickly as possible. There will be some "pull thru" spaces for cars with trailers. Most spaces will be side by side. As before, your registration fee reserves a space to park in and a space to sell from. We will not be able to allow any "DROP OFF" cards. Any vehicle entering the Vendor Area will need to be paid for and will need to stay. If you have a trailer, you will need to buy two places.

1. We will start parking cars at 5:00 am. Please do not arrive before then.  There will be volunteers in orange vests directing traffic. You must follow the parking lot attendant’s instructions and leave no spaces between vendors. If several of you are planning on being next to each other, please arrive together. Empty spaces will not be saved. People who are coming to help will be parked in the back of the lot.
2. In order to be fair to everyone, if you pay for one space, you must stay within one space. If you overflow into another space, you will be charged for it. Traffic areas must be kept clear.
3. You will need to have your parking sign on the dashboard of your car as you approach the entrance. Keep your signs with you. They will be collected during the event. There is a new liability release on the back of your vendor sign. It must be read and signed before the signs are collected.
4. We will pass out garbage bags when we collect the parking signs. Please put all trash in the garbage bags and deposit them in the dumpster before you leave. You must clean your area before you leave and deposit your own trash in the dumpster.  Trucks from Repeat Performance Thrift Shop and Goodwill will arrive at approximately 10:00 am. If you have items that you do not sell and do not wish to take home, you may put your items on either truck.
5. Your fee reserves your parking space, and provides for publicity, trash pick-up, and portable toilets.
6. We will continue in the case of light rain. If there is severe weather, listen to WARX-106.9 FM or WJEJ-1240 AM for cancellations.
7. The sale of used car seats is not allowed.
8. No refunds, no rain date, no pets, and no commercial vendors.
